In 2008, Mustard Media produced a 20 minute video documenting the interior and exterior restorations of St Mary Star of the Sea.
The film includes interviews with Thomas Hazell, AO (Restoration Co-ordinator), Paul Smith (Co-director of Millstone Stone) and Fr Max Polak PP (Parish Priest of West Melbourne).
